The perfect fit for low-GWP refrigerants
The SWEP 190 range of heat exchangers is designed especially for use with R32, R454B, andR290. They feature integrated distribution that enables more responsive distribution stability, making them the perfect fit for low-GWP refrigerants.
SWEP AsyMatrixTM technology
The new products also feature SWEP AsyMatrixTM plate design that maximizes system performance by delivering optimal heat transfer at low water pressure drop. This innovative technology reduces the energy demands of the pump, saving money and boosting the efficiency of the entire system. At the same time, asymmetric plate design reduces the volume of refrigerant needed, resulting in significant cost savings and an improved safety profile with design flexibility for higher performance.
Available as single or dual-circuit solutions
SWEP FI/PI190 are single-circuit brazed plate heat exchangers, while SWEP D190 is dual-circuit unit that offers optimized performance at both full and partial load. The entire 190 range is compact, efficient and versatile, functioning perfectly as either evaporatorsor condensers in a wide array of HVACR applicationscomprisingan effective operating range from 60kW to 150kW.
