SWEP brazed plate heat exchangers are used for oil cooling applications. With engines we normally mean internal combustion engines of reciprocating piston type, but it could also be for example Wankel engines or other types. Engines can be used for generating power or used for train or marine applications.

We have a range of brazed plate heat exchangers developed specifically for oil cooler applications in engines of up to 15 MW output. They deal with the challenges of restricted external dimensions and fluid pressure drop, as well as high coolant flows.
